Innovation Cohort Site
Site teams in each cohort will receive individualized coaching support and content expertise via technical assistance from the five Launch partners to facilitate progress in the work between academy and design thinking sessions. With support from Launch partners, teams will identify common pain points, course correct where needed, and design additional supports aimed at common areas of challenge that need to be addressed more systematically through collaborative efforts.
All Launch initiative members will participate in in-person convenings to lift up and share work happening across both cohorts, deepen content knowledge and expertise on pathways topics, and intentionally cross-pollinate strategies to strengthen and sustain ongoing efforts.
Lastly, both Cohorts will document lessons learned – in terms of effectiveness of strategies and the development of tools and policies – to be shared with the field more broadly, with the goal of seeding an agenda of high-quality, equitable college and career pathways across the country.
