Redefining Responsibility: How Regional Collaboratives Can Expand Pathways Capacity and Impact, a new publication from the Launch Initiative, authored by Launch partner Jobs for the Future (JFF),  examines how cross-sector collaboration at the regional level is bridging the gap between state vision and local implementation.
